The mood of my book is exciting because Elizabeth and her partner always get into trouble when on the job or when they have found a new lead on the case that involves going to other countries. Like the time when They had talked the dad of the girl who died and he was telling them everything he knew about the killer or killers. "All i know is that other than my daughter being kill there were also several other murders... but what i found was odd was that all the people who were killed all are Jewish." (Larson 103).
A moment in my book when Elizabeth swayed the beliefs of another character is when the FBI had given her a partner she had persuaded them to not give her a partner in solving the crime for a little while until they came to their senses and realized that was a bad idea. Her tone impacted this because her tone was forceful so when she was telling the officers to let her go do this case on her own she used threats to get her way, like saying she would quit or not do the case at all, and they NEEDED her on this case.
She must be a pretty big asset if she could convince the FBI of something that they want to happen to not happen. was there a big speech part of hers where she vented about all the reasons why she didn't need a partner?
ReplyDeleteI have been dying to read this book. I think they are coming out with a movie too. Are you going to see it?
